A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your departure. A security deposit of €600 in cash is payable on arrival to our local representative as an indemnity against any damage to the property or its contents. This deposit, less applicable deductions if any, will be returned to you by our local representative prior to your departure.
Please note that whilst the area in which Casa Corinium is located is completed, it is part of a development which is still under construction and this is reflected in our rates.
