The entrance is on the upper level and leads to a large living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. From the lounge a set of double patio doors opens onto a covered balcony with further furniture for al fresco dining. The living area can entertain up to 6 people with TV and satellite receiver, dvd player, ipod/mp3 docking station and a good selection of books and games. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave oven and enjoys separate access to the barbecue terrace and a small sea-view terrace. The utility room houses the washing machine and gives access to toilet facilities in a separate cloakroom.
On the lower ground floor there is a master bedroom with en suite and small dressing area. A further double bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom fitted with bunk beds. Both large bathrooms each offer a good sized shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. All bedrooms are fully fitted and enjoy their own individual access to the lower terrace and pool through further patio doors.
Individual climate control is available in the living/dining room and bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly.
